Umberto Giannini Beauty Secrets

Originally I was going to buy Umberto Giannini Indulgent Beauty Moisture mask from the Beauty Secrets range as I had used it before and loved it. However my hand swiftly moved to the Overnight Beauty Moisture Balm Leave-in Cream, thinking that as it was leave-in it would be more in keeping with my hair care regime (also part of the Beauty Secrets Range).


When I went to bed I looked at the product and thought 'how is this going to work I will have to wash my hair tomorrow morning'. However I slap, dashed it on regardless and then woke up with greasy locks. I was some what disappointed and I headed to the shower to wash my hair, but I decided to keep going with this product as it was something I had never used before and sometimes it takes a bit of work to achieve what you want.

The next night I used considerably less product, and I woke up with very smooth, tame and shiny hair. This is a prime example that less is more, I probably use a blob the size of 5 pence piece now and apply it to the ends of my hair. I wake up with refreshed, hydrated hair, which smells divine. 


I have been using this product nearly every night since purchasing it and I love it. I wear my hair down at night as I find the product works best this way. When my hair is up, the product where the band is doesn't quite absorb into the hair shaft so it gets a bit kinked and knotted (my hair isn't that long and my shortest layer just about goes into the hair tie), apart from that its is great and I will definitely be repurchasing this. 


Umberto Giannini's Overnight Beauty Moisture Balm has truly exceeded my expectations and my hair is 'glowing with life'.

Holiday look books. Do people even like these? For those of you who dont know I took a late holiday to Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt to catch some rays! MOTD and products used.

Hi Everyone I thought Id do a Make up of the day, and show you some of the products I use on a regular and not so regular basis. I'm also going to rate the products out of 10. Close up of eyes and contouring So these are majority of products used (bar brushes and one of my broken blushers) sorry for rubbish photo iPhones ay?  These 3 are my go to products for eyes. Products - Skin Based Illamasqua Hydravei l (black pot image below) Its in lots of my posts and it just helps hydrate and set the skin up for makeup. I love it, and I do get compliments when I wear it so it must be good. 10/10 Maybelline Baby Skin - Instant pore eraser? hmm I didn't hold out much hope for this product as I didn't really like the Baby Lips Maybelline bought out a while back. I actually think this product is pretty good and you get quite a bit for the money you pay. I think it does help smooth skin ready for foundation. 6/10 Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum - its

M&S Autograph Gel Eyeliner

As I'm sure you're all aware gel eyeliner has been sat on all the aisles of drug stores for a few years now, some people love it, while others just don't get along with it. I personally love it... sometimes, I have a habit of not putting the lid back on the bloody things, which leads to them drying out and being completely useless and I've tried the youtube tricks to get my gel liners back to their original gel state and it just doesn't turn out the same as before. I've tried Revlon (meh) and Maybelline (okay), and faced up to the fact that I'm not at all responsible for a higher end gel liner like Mac or Bobbi Brown as I'd just forget to put the lid back on thus ruining them forever! However on one occasion I got bored of my mum looking at the home wear section in M&S and took myself off to their make up stand, and what did I come across? Autographs Ultimate Wear Gel eyeliner. I thought I'm in need of a new Eyeliner why not try this?!
