Bleach London DIY Dip Dye

Since the fashion of Dip dye and Ombre hair first came about, my hair was far to short to pull it off and if I'm honest I still think its a little on the short side to bask in the glory of Ombre locks. However I really wanted to give the ombre look ago before it was uncool. So here I am.

Now I asked the world of twitter for their advice, some people came back to me with the Loreal Wild Ombre kits, while others came back that a simple highlighting kit would do the trick. While this twitter chat was happening, a hair mask ( named the reincarnation mask) by Bleach London  came up which I was intrigued to try...so off to boots I went. I intended to buy the hair mask and some sort of highlighting kit. I got to the Bleach London stand, I found the mask and was about to go on my merry way when I saw they did the dip dye kit. I had a feeling that because they seemed in the know with all the pastel colours they had on show that this product would be the best bet, and while i hovered over the highlighting kits I went with my gut and bought the Bleach London DIY Dip Dye Kit.

I am impatient and I opened the box before I got home. So no photos of this kit. But you get a instruction booklet, blending lotion, a hair dye brush, gloves, the bleaching stuff and the re incartation mask.

Using Bleach London DIY Dip Dye

 I personally found the instruction booklet a bit vague, but this may be because I haven't dip dyed/ ombre-ed my hair before, however google and youtube helped me on my way. 

I loved the blending lotion,  it came out like a gel and you worked it in to your hair to give a gradual effect, I do think this worked rather well as I don't personally think the dye looks blocky. 

The mixing pot you get is a tad on the small side, I had to mix it very carefully, but the mask was amazing and you get a a fairly big tube considering you pay £7.00 for the whole kit. I will definitely be buying the mask in its full size.

Overall I would buy this kit again my hair doesn't feel majorly damaged by the kit, although I'm not sure if this is due to me taking more care of my hair than I've ever done before. My hair doesnt look really blonde but I quite like the colour of it as it looks quite natural, I didn't put this dye on for the maximum amount of time just for 20 minutes. The kit says you can leave it on up to 30 minutes though.

Instagram 2015 best nine

I was literally half way through doing my 'What I got for Christmas' when my best nine for Instagram was ready, once uploaded I was like ah isn't that nice my top liked pictures of 2015. Holiday Outfits Part 1

Holiday look books. Do people even like these? For those of you who dont know I took a late holiday to Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt to catch some rays! I wouldn't say this was a complete look book because I didn't document every single item of clothing I wore. But I do have a handful of outfits which I loved wearing and putting together.
